We are two ladies from Glendale who have made jams and chutneys for
many years for friends and familys. 
We decided to share our surplus with a wider audience by popular demand
and came up with the name "Preserved"

It is important to us that the ingredients are either home grown - fruit and veg. home raised - the eggs
are from our own free range hens or sourced locally.
The hedgerows of our local area are also a source of inspiration.
With homemade labels , recycled jars and a bit of artistry our products are complete 

Please experiment with the use and taste or ask for serving suggestions.
We hope you have as much pleasure in the eating as we have had in the making.
