Tigh na Maiddh  (House of the wolf)
(this really is the photographers house)

Talisker Bay

Since moving to Skye nearly three years ago both Jon and Linda have concentrated on photographing the wildlife and landscape.
Jon has now  taught  several different  courses on photography for the Highland Learning Centre and is hoping to be accepted for a Masters Degree in photo-journalism, travel & documentary photography.
Linda whilst getting more and more involved with photography continues to pursue and utilise the skills she acquired at The London College of Fashion, and whilst employed in the wardrobe dept of the Royal Ballet.
Tutu's and ballet tights being somewhat scarce on Skye Linda has gone back to Bridal wear specialising in haute couture outfits containing intricate
embroidery and sewing.

On being Located in Glen Eynort

We fell in love with Glen Eynort  from our very first visit. Which , perhaps surprisingly , was in pouring rain!

Tigh Na Madadh (formerly Brae Eynort) Gives us both the peace an quiet we need to pursue our attempts at being creative.
The Glen is often overlooked by both locals and tourists yet offers much
to the discerning visitor. A number of excellent walks both start and terminate here and Eagles are often seen along with Peregrines, Buzzards, Merlin's and Kestrels.
Curlews and Cuckoos also predominate in the spring& summer months.
We also produce limited edition prints and greetings cards. Landscapes , wildlife , and sea-eagles a speciality
